Design Limit
CharisNet Communications will not design for any illegal business such as "419" or any such business. CharisNet Communications will not design any hateful sites, sex-perverted sites, violent sites and any evil-oriented site.

Site Maintainance and Updates
We reserve the right, to maintain all sites designed by us.

Definition
'We', 'us' or 'CharisNet' refers to CharisNet Communications. Our Office is at #14 Oshifila Street, Anifowoshe, Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria. 'Service' refers to the web design, web hosting, e-mail advertising, web consultancy and management services we render.

Liability
We accept no liability for any misuse or illegal use of the site we designed for you.

Indemnity
You agree to release, indemnify, and hold CharisNet Communications and it's employees harmless from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including all and any legal fees and expenses arising from your breach of these terms and conditions or any of CharisNet Communications' policies relating to the Service provided including, without limitation, infringement by you using the site we designed for you illegally, of any intellectual property or other proprietary right of any person or entity. If CharisNet Communications is threatened with suit by a third party, CharisNet Communications may seek written assurances from you concerning your promise to indemnify CharisNet Communications; your failure to provide those assurances may be considered by CharisNet Communications to be a breach of our contract and may result in site disability.
